Warranty period servicecontent

1. Warranty period of various qualitydefects in the system, fault (not caused by your staff), timely treatment,after the owner notice shall be free replacement or exclusion. 

2. If the equipment failure caused byowner's personnel improper operation, the quality department is responsible forfree repair, the cost of replacement parts owner's account.

3. During the warranty period, itshould guarantee the inspection according to the requirements of the contractor the tender documents, knowledge of product usage, solve customer problems,ensure the normal operation of the system.

4.Inthe warranty period, the quality department freely  accomplishes modification work of various software and operation mode, and thesupplied system software upgrade services.

5. Inthe warranty period, the quality assurance department should provide freetechnical support needed for the partial adjustment.

6. The last month inprior to the expiration of the warranty period, quality department sends allthe supplied equipments for comprehensive maintenance on the spot to conduct acomprehensive maintenance and replace the damaged components.  Quality department conducts a comprehensivetest to the system, and the relevant test report submitted to the owner, andthe warranty expires over formalities to owner, submitted at the same timecontinuely to provide maintenance services to inform file.
